The routine

How the club works

  1. 1

Join and tell us what you care about.

Pick a few interests, like cooking, travel, health, money or family. That takes about a minute. Your first month is free.

  2. 2

    Open your Sunday Issue.

Every Sunday morning, one calm lesson arrives in your inbox, with prompts picked for you.

  3. 3

    Try one thing that week.

Do the Sunday project at your own pace. Small steps add up, and before long AI feels like an everyday tool.

Made for grown-ups who are new to AI, or just getting comfortable

You don’t need to be “good with computers.” If you can send an email, you can join. Some members are trying AI for the first time. Others use it now and then and want to get more out of it.
